I accidentally deleted an email from my inbox, and then emptied my Trash. Before I could realize what I have done the deleted email was gone. Is there any way to recover recently deleted emails that have already been emptied from the Trash?

Deleted email recovery is just like recovering any file from the hard drive. All the emails are stored in an email archive file with some database arrangements. When an email is deleted, the corresponding application manages the emails and simply removes its entry from the table of content. The email is still physically present on the hard drive but is unreadable. The deleted email resides in the email archive unless any new email is saved.

Follow the below mention steps to recover your deleted emails from Microsoft Outlook with Remo Recover Outlook (pst).

Step 1: Run Remo Recover Outlook (pst) application main Window will be displayed as shown in Figure (a).

Step 2: Click “Select .pst file” (first icon in the toolbar) button the toolbar or from the File menu. A Window will now open to browse for .pst file which has the deleted e-mails (See Figure (b)). Select the .pst file with deleted emails and click Open button.

Step 3: Once you select the .pst file, click “Recover & Save” button (second icon in the toolbar). As soon as you click “Recover & Save” button, a Window to select scan type and destination path to save recovered files is displayed as shown in Figure (c).

• Normal Scan
• Smart Scan

Select Normal scan and browse for destination path to restore your deleted emails and click OK button.

Please Note: If you find that the mail you are looking for is not found after normal scanning, please perform Smart scan on the .pst file. This will rigorously search selected .pst file for lost / deleted e-mails.

The application uses advanced scanning technique to locate e-mails in the selected .pst file and restores them into a new .pst file in the selected destination location.

You can also preview the recovered mails by clicking on e-mails loaded in the application main window. The software shows the preview of the selected .pst file in the application main window.
