How to Recover Accidentally Deleted Emails from Outlook?
You can easily recover unintentionally deleted emails from Outlook by using Remo Repair Outlook PST software by following the steps listed below
Step 1: Download and install free demo version of Remo Repair Outlook PST to the computer
Step 2: Launch the software from program files or by double-clicking the shortcut on the desktop. The main window is displayed as shown in Figure 1
Step 3: You can choose any one of the options "Open PST File", "Find PST File" and "Select Outlook Profile" from the main screen as shown in Figure 1
- "Open PST File" option allows you to open PST file, if you know the location of the PST file
- Select "Find PST File" option, if you are not sure about the location of your PST file
- If you want to recover PST file related to a particular Outlook profile select "Select Outlook Profile" option
Step 4: Based on the option selected in the previous step
- Open PST File: After selecting this option, click on the "Browse" button to select the particular PST file that has to be repaired as shown in Figure 2
- Find PST File: This option lets you to find the PST file from any selected logical drive as shown in Figure 3
- Select Outlook Profile: If you select this option, all the PST files associated with their respective Outlook profiles will be displayed as shown in Figure 4
Step 5: After selecting the PST file that is to be repaired click "Next"
Step 6: Select the "Normal Scan" option and the select a destination location where you want to save the recovered PST file as shown in Figure 5
Step 7: Start the scanning process by clicking on "Repair" button as shown in Figure 5
Step 8: Once scanning process is completed, you can view recovered emails and other Outlook data as shown in Figure 6
Step 9: If you are satisfied with the recovery results, you can activate the full version of the software.
Step 10: Once the software is activated you have to rescan the PST file to recover deleted emails
Note: Avoid using Outlook and downloading new emails while performing the recovery process as they may overwrite deleted emails resulting in permanent loss of emails.
