After repairing my corrupted MOV file with Remo Repair MOV software, do I need any additional codecs to play the repaired MOV file?
Not every time, when you try to play the repaired MOV files in QuickTime or other common media players you might get an error message “Codec not supported”.
This error pops up because the MOV file uses a codec that is not installed or the MOV file uses a codec that QuickTime doesn’t support. In such situations you need to install the latest codecs or try with a different media player that supports the codec.
