If the file is severely corrupted or partially recovered without header information or header of the file is missing then you will get this error message. Our software gets the handle from the header information and repair the AVI file, but if it's unable to get the information from the header, hence this error message appears. It means the software cannot fix this file without the valid Audio/Video info which it receives from the header of the file.
