4. Click on the add button, enter a profile name, and click on OK.
5. Select the Manually configured server settings or additional server types option.



6. Select the Internet E-mail option and click on Next.



7. Use the Test Account Settings to verify your account.
8. Click on Existing Outlook Data File and use the Browse option to Open your Outlook data file.



9. Click on Next.

Step 3: Configure the new Outlook profile as the default profile

1. Open Control Panel.
2. Use the search bar to locate and click on Mail.
3. Click on Data Files.



4. Select the current Outlook profile and then click on Set as default.

   • Open Default PST File: Locate the default location of the PST file.
