How to Import Outlook PST Files?

• Launch Microsoft Outlook from the program files
• From the "File" menu select "Import and Export" option
•  A new "Import and Export Wizard" window showing multiple options will be displayed
• Choose "Import from another program or file" option, and then click on "Next"
• Then, "Import a File" window displays the list of all the file types that can be imported
• Select "Personal Folder File (.pst) ", and then click the Next button
• Select the .pst file which you want to import, then click on "Next"
• After selecting necessary folders that you wish to import, click on "Finish" button
• Once the importing process is completed the new PST file is created from which emails can be accessed as earlier
