How to Retrieve Lost Emails in Outlook?

You can easily and safely recover lost emails from Outlook PST file using Remo Repair Outlook PST. Follow the simple few steps given below to retrieve emails from MS Outlook.

Step 1: Download and install free trial version of Remo Repair Outlook PST to the computer

Step 2: Launch the application by using the Start Menu, or by double-clicking the shortcut icon on the desktop. The main window is displayed as shown in Figure 1

Step 3: The main screen displays three options "Open PST File", "Find PST File" and "Select Outlook Profile" from the main screen as shown in Figure 1

• If you know the location of  your PST file, select the "Open PST File" option
• If you are not sure about the location of your PST file then select "Find PST File" option
• If you want to recover PST file based on the Outlook profile select "Select Outlook Profile" option

Step 4: Based on the option selected in the previous step

• Open PST File:  If you select this option, click on the "Browse" button to select the particular PST file, which you need to repair as shown in Figure 2
• Find PST File: If this option has been selected, then choose the logical drive on which you need to find the PST file that has to be repaired as shown in Figure 3
• Select Outlook Profile: If you select this option, all the PST files associated with their respective Outlook profiles will be displayed as shown in Figure 4

Step 5: After selecting the PST file that is to be repaired click "Next"

Step 6: Select the "Normal Scan" option and the destination location where you want to save the recovered PST file as shown in Figure 5

Step 7: Click on "Repair" button to start the scanning process as shown in Figure 5

Step 8: Once scanning process is completed, you can view recovered emails and other Outlook data as shown in Figure 6

Step 9: If you are satisfied with the recovery results, you can activate the full version the software

Step 10: Once the software is activated you have to rescan the PST file to recover deleted emails

Note: If you cannot repair the PST file by using Normal scan option, you can use the "Smart scan" option to recover the emails in the PST file
