Recover deleted emails from Outlook
Follow the below steps to recover your deleted e-mails from Outlook .pst file.
1. Run Remo Recover Outlook (.pst) application either from the desktop or from Programs menu.
Start -> Program -> Remo Recover Outlook (.pst) -> Remo Recover Outlook (.pst).exe. Remo Recover Outlook (.pst) application main Window is displayed as shown in Figure (a).

2. Click on “Select .pst file” option, a Window opens to browse for .pst file which has lost or deleted e-mails (See Figure (b)). Select a .pst file that you wish to recover and click open button.
Please Note: To locate .pst file go to default .pst file location: \Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.

3. Once you select the .pst file that needs to be recovered, click “Recover & Save” button in the toolbar.
4. As soon as you click “Recover & Save” button, a Window to select scan type and destination path to save recovered .pst file is displayed as shown in Figure (c).

5. Remo Recover Outlook (pst) Software provides two scan types
- Normal Scan
- Smart Scan
Select Normal scan and provide destination path to recover your repaired .pst file and click OK button.
The application uses advanced scanning technique to locate e-mails in the selected .pst file and restores them into a new .pst file in the selected destination location. Restored .pst file is similar to the original corrupted .pst file. While recovery, all the recovered e-mails would be loaded in the application main Window.
You can now import the new .pst file to Microsoft Outlook to access your e-mails as before.
You can also preview the recovered mails by clicking on e-mails loaded in the application main Window. The software shows the preview of the selected .pst file in the application main Window.
