How to Recover Emptied Recycle Bin?

You can easily recover empty recycle bin files using Remo Recover (Windows). Follow the steps to ensure further data loss before recovering deleted files

Stop using the hard drive: When you realize that your data has been deleted by mistake from the storage media, immediately stop using the drive. Do not perform any write operation on the same partition or drive from which you have deleted that, it may permanently delete your data.

Don’t try to install any recovery software: Avoid downloading or installing any new data recovery software to the drive / partition, it may overwrite your deleted files.

Do not boot the computer: When you boot the computer, Windows creates and updates many files during system start up. Files deleted from the desktop, or residing in "Documents and Settings" folder are more prone to being overwritten.
