Partition Recovery Software

I accidentally deleted a partition containing vital data, using a partition editor. Is there any data recovery software using which I can recover my partition?

If a partition is deleted, the vital and significant data stored on that partition may become inaccessible, which may create many hardships to you when you are depending on that data.

But there is nothing to worry, the lost information from the deleted partition can be recovered using, Remo Recover (Windows) which is one of the best Partition recovery software available. The software can successfully recover data from a reformatted (to any file system), corrupted partition and deleted partition. This Partition recovery software has the best partition recovery module to locate deleted / lost partitions. This software can scan an entire physical hard drive to look for traces of missing partitions using a proprietary scan engine.

Why Remo Recover (Windows)?

  • Remo Recover (Windows) is fast in recovering data, and does not require special technical or data recovery skills to recover deleted files.
  • This read-only application does not affect the partition or drive that contains the deleted data.
  • You Always have an option to save recovered data to another partition, external storage device, or to a mapped network drive.
  • The Preview option provides a complete assessment of recovery results that can be obtained with the software.

Steps to be followed in recovering deleted partitions

Recovering deleted partitions using Remo Recover (Windows) is a fairly simple task. To recover data from a drive containing deleted partitions, follow these simple steps:

Steps 1: Connect the drive from which the data needs to be recovered to another healthy system, where Remo Recover (Windows) software has been installed.

Step 3: As you click on the Recover Advance option, you get a window as shown in figure b,

In this window, you need to decide whether you have to recover data from a deleted FAT partition or from a deleted NTFS partition.

Choose FAT Partition Recovery, if you want to recover data from a FAT partition or else choose NTFS Partition Recovery, to recover data from a NTFS partition.

In this article, let me proceed further choosing the NTFS partition Recovery option.

Step 6: Select the source drive and the processing mode to process the drive.

Step 7: Once the scanning process is over, all the detected logical drives are displayed in the dialog box of the software. You can now choose the logical drive from which you want to recover the data. Once the drive is selected, the software automatically scans the drive for files and folders and displays the data in a tree format as shown in figure g.

Step 8: Once the tree is formed the final step is to save the recovered data to safe destination drive.

If you do not want to save data now but do it later, then you can save the scanned information in a file using the ‘Save Scan Information’ option from the Tools menu. Whenever required you can open the scan info file using the ‘Open Scan Information’ option from the File menu and recover data to desired destination drive.

Important:

  • If you do not find your files and folders in the tree structure formed, then select the Turbo scan option from Tools menu. In this operation, the application performs rigorous search to find files and folders and will list all the found files and folders.
  • Never save the data onto the partition or drive from where you are recovering the data, as it may result in overwriting of data, and would result in permanent loss of data.
