• DOD standard 5220.28 STD- The target area is overwritten 27 times using this data destructing pattern.
• Peter Gutmann Secure Deletion- With the help of this pattern it is possible to overwrite the target area 35 times.
• US Department of Defense (DOD 5220.22 – M) + Gutmann Method: This one overwrites the target area 38 times. This pattern is actually the combination of Peter Gutmann Secure Deletion and US Department of Defense (DOD 5220.22 - M).
