The email address and password doesn’t activate the software. How to reset the password?

To change your account password, visit my.remo.one and Remo ONE login page would be opened. Now, click on Lost Password option and enter your email address which was used while purchasing the product and click on Submit. An email will be sent to the given email address with a password reset link. Now, open the received email and click on Reset Password, a browser window opens the Password Reset webpage.

Now, enter a new password and click on submit. The old password would be replaced with a new password. You are good to login or activate the software with the new password.
