How do I reassign my device to my daughter?
Follow the steps below to reassign a device to a different user:
- Login to your Cloud Account (You could also login to cloud from any device by browsing to my.remomore.com)
- Click on Menu (three vertical dots on the top right of the page)
- Select "My Settings"
- Profile Details will be displayed under "My Profile"
- Click on "Devices" from the top menu
- Now you could see three categories i.e., My Devices, User Devices and Orphan Devices
- Now select the category (e.g. My Device or User Device) under which you have added the device that you wish to reassign
- Further, rollover the device you wish to reassign and click on the "Reassign" button
- Choose the user to whom you wish to reassign the device and click on "Apply".
