I forgot my login credentials, is there a way to reset my account?

Follow the below steps to reset your password:

  • Browse to Remo Cloud website (my.remomore.com)
  • Click on "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter the email address registered while creating Cloud account
  • An email with instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you instantly
  • Click on the web-link received in our email
  • Your web browser would be opened to reset your password
  • Enter your new password and use the same to login to Cloud.
