Why my devices show as disconnected?

Added devices communicate with Cloud every ten minutes by default. If you have changed the communication time, the device will be shown as disconnected till the next time it communicates.

If the device status is shown as disconnected even after an hour, there might be an internet connection issue on the device where Remo MORE is installed. Still if the issue persists, you could contact our Support Team at www.remosoftware.com/support
