Remo Recover Windows - Activation and Buy FAQs

To activate Remo Recover software, follow the below simple steps:

• Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Remo Recover Windows - Product Activation".
• You will find a weblink in the email to create a password for your Remo ONE account.
• Click on that weblink and create a password for your Remo ONE account.
• Once the password is set, please open Remo Recover software on your computer and click on the Activate button.
• A browser window opens and prompts you to purchase the software, please close it.
• Now, you could see the activation window of Remo Recover software.
• Click on Login, enter your Email Address (used while purchasing the software) and the Password (created under Step 3) and click Submit to activate the software.

Note: In case you couldn’t find the Product Activation email in the Inbox, please check in Junk or Spam folder.

If you are still unable to find our email or are having trouble trying to activate the software, please follow the instructions below and use the License Key to activate the software.

License key steps:

• Open Remo Recover software and click on the Activate button.
• A browser window opens and prompts you to purchase the software, please close it.
• Now, you could see the activation window of Remo Recover software.
• Click on Enter the License Key button, copy and paste the above License Key in the activation text box and click Activate.

Note: Please make sure that you are not copying any extra space with the License Key.

Once the Remo Recover software is purchased, you will receive a product activation email. In that email, you will have a link to setup a password for your Remo ONE account where you can see the license key to activate the software.

User can activate the Remo software only twice and after two activation you will see the device activation limit exceeded error. In such cases, you need to login to Remo ONE account and remove the previously activated device or contact support team for resetting the activation limits.

No, the purchased Windows license key will allow the user to activate only Windows version of the software. If the user is interested to activate the Mac version of the software, then he needs to purchase the correct product and contact support team for help. Then we will refund the wrong purchase (Remo Recover Windows) and help user to activate the Remo Recover software on Mac computer.

Upon purchasing the Remo Recover Windows software, you need to activate it. If the software is not activated, then purchase prompt will be shown.

User can activate the software only twice and after two activation, customer will see the device activation limit exceeded error. Then user needs login to Remo ONE account and remove the previously activated device or contact support team for resetting the activation limits.

If you have subscribed Remo Recover Windows for 1 month or 6 months, then the license key will expire once the subscription period ends (After the user has cancelled renewal subscription). Otherwise the license key will be valid till the subscription is cancelled.

Remo Recover software needs Remo ONE engine for activation process. If the user has purchased Non-Remo ONE product then he can use the license key steps to activate the software.

Remo Recover software renewals are automated, user will receive an reminder email 14-days prior to renewal date. In the reminder email user will have information about the software he purchased, the renewal price and a link to cancel the renewal subscription. If user doesn't click on cancel subscription option, then subscription will be auto-renewed.
