Mac OS X Lion is the eighth chief release of Mac OS X, Apple’s desktop and server OS for Macintosh PC. This Lion version make remarkable day for Mac on Apple Special Event on October 20, 2010. In addition, this version introduced many developments in Apple’s iOS, such as easy and smart navigable display of installed applications and supports for the App store. Later, on July 1, 2011, Lion version achieved golden master statue and it is the final release via the Mac App Store on 20 July 2011. In the first day of release only, it has reported over one million Lion sales.

Wiki Server 3: Using this feature, you can easily share, collaborate and exchange information. In addition, users can rapidly switch among a Wikis, server’s home page, My Page, Updates, Podcasts and People. It enables you share file in simpler and added new Page editor for easy modification.
WebDAV File Sharing: WebDAV supports wireless file sharing between clients. By enabling WebDAV in Lion Server gives iOS users the ability to copy, access and share files on the server from applications such as Numbers, Pages and Keynote.
Profile Manager: It provides easy, profile based setup and management for Mac OS X Lion, iPad, iPhone and iPod touch devices. In addition, it is integrated with currently existing directory service and provides automatic over-the-air profile updates with the help of Apple Push Notification service.
