XD picture card: It is a flash memory card format. These are used mainly in older digital cameras. XD cards are available in 16 MiB up to 2 GiB capacities

Memory Stick: It is a removable flash memory card format launched by Sony. Storage capacity of memory stick is 4 MB to 256 GB. It is further extended in different formats like Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick Pro Duo, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo and Memory Stick Micro.
