Download Remo Backup cloud storage setup through your account
Double click on the setup file and follow the usual installation procedure to complete the installation process.
Note: Before initiating the installation process please save and close all the Microsoft applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel.

How to activate Remo Backup Cloud?
You can activate the Remo Backup Cloud by clicking on the Activate button right on the dashboard. You will be auto-logged in to your Remo Backup dashboard.
How many devices can I link to my Remo Backup account?
There is no limitation on the number of devices you can install and link the Remo Backup application. However, it is recommended to verify before you link a device to your cloud storage account. Once linked the data existing on the cloud can be accessed from any linked device.
What files can I save?
You can save any type of files on Remo Backup including images, music, videos, documents, etc. Moreover, you can find the option in settings to create restrictions for specific file types from being uploaded.
Is it possible to access the files uploaded from a different device?
Yes, it is possible to access the data uploaded from all the devices using the Remo Backup Cloud Storage suit. Additionally, you can also find the specific data under the devices that have been uploaded from a given device.
Can I sync the files between multiple devices at the same time?
Remo Backup automatically creates a sync folder that synchronizes with data on linked devices in real-time. All that you have to do is add the specific file or folder to the Remo Backup Sync Folder.
Is it possible to share files directly from Remo Backup Cloud storage?
Yes, it is possible. In fact, Remo Backup has two types of customized share options.
1. Private share – can only share the file among Remo Backup users
2. Public share – can share among non-Remo Backup users
What is the maximum file size supported?
Remo Backup can save and upload files as big as 25 GB. You can also change the maximum size of a file using a slider in settings.
