CR2, CRW Image file recovery

Guide to recover Canon RAW files and Video files
REMO Recover (Windows) Media Edition software is an effective and useful photo recovery software that is able to recover Canon RAW files and video files from deleted, missing / lost and corrupted drives.
This software employs advanced disk scanning technology to completely scan and recover lost/deleted pictures, videos and other media files with only few steps.
Step 1: Run REMO Recover (Windows) Media Edition software
Install and run REMO Recover (Windows) Media Edition software from the Programs list, or by double clicking the desktop icon. You would see the main interface of this software as shown in Figure a.
To recovery your lost/deleted RAW files and video files, you need to select the drive which has lost / deleted data and click “Next”.

Step 2: Select the RAW files and Video file types
After choosing the target drive, you need to select the RAW files and Video file types you need to recover and click “Next” as shown in Figure b.

You can see all the file formats that the software supports, choose required file type you wish to recover.
Step 3: Save the recovered Raw files and Video files
The program starts scanning the selected media for specified file types, and lists all the found files in a tree format grouped according to their file types as shown in Figure c. Select the data you wish to recover or click the Root folder to select all the data.

As you click “Save” button to save the recovered RAW files and video files, a window to select destination location is displayed as shown in Figure d. You can save the recovered RAW files and Video files to the computer hard drive or any USB storage device, even directly burn the data to a CD/ DVD.

Important Note:
- You can preview the file before recovery using the “Preview” option. To preview the file, double click on the file whose preview is to be seen. This will show the preview of the file before you could recover it.
- Save Scan Information feature helps to re-load recovered data tree from previous scan, this features comes in handy when you are evaluating the trial version. The save scan information can be used with full version to recover data without rescanning the drive again.
