1st Method:
Go to Menu -> Choose Settings -> Navigate to Privacy and click on it -> After which choose Factory data reset -> And now, if you want to format the SD card as well, then make sure “Format SD card / Erase SD card” is checked or else uncheck it -> then click on “Reset Phone”
2nd Method:
After reset the phone will restart and you will be asked to re-enter all the information, which you did when you first bought the phone like date, time, email account etc. Usually performing factory reset will solve most of the problems, but one thing that you need to know is that you will lose all your files after performing it.
