Remo Outlook Backup and Migrate - License and Policies FAQs

Once your order purchase is complete, you will receive two emails from us; one will have your Order Confirmation details, and the other will have your Activation Instructions. After purchasing the Remo Outlook Backup and Migrate, you will receive an email with the subject “Remo Outlook Backup & Migrate - Product Activation” to the registered email address (used while purchasing the software) with a link to activate the product. Click on the link, follow the onscreen instructions, and create your login. This login information will help you to activate the software.

The emails would be sent instantly from our Licensing Server, and if, for any reason, you have not received our emails after your purchase, then check your Junk/Spam mail folder for the emails if you still do not have your emails, please contact our Tech Support Team.

Kindly Log in to your Remo ONE Account. Further, click on “Dashboard” and click on “Your Account” from the left menu pane and select “Order Details”. You would have your License Key displayed against the Remo Software product you are looking to activate on your computer.

The Activation window would consider an extra space with the License Key as an extra character. And, with an extra character along with the License key, it would not match the original License Key generated for your purchase, so you would be displayed with an “Invalid License Key” error message. We suggest that you retry to activate the software using your License Key, but please make sure that you are not copying any additional space with the License Key. If you still have issues with the Activation, please try to activate the software using your Login Credentials.
